![]() Frazier Farmstead Museum Frazier Farmstead Museum I created their original site about 16 years ago in FrontPage. It’s no longer sold or even supported. I have converted most of the site to WordPress. Still have about five percent of the site still to convert because there is a LOT of genealogy data sheets on the site. But it has been fun to recreate the website so that the public is able to easily access the information that they have provided. Amazing site! And their hard work should be available to the public. It is also a wonderful museum. They now maintain their own website. |

The Dalles Mural Society was organized in March 1993 with the mission of pictorially preserving the epic historical events that have occurred in our area. The project has grown to 15 murals. The murals bring geographic awareness to what surrounds us not only in our community but in a larger way such as the journey of Lewis and Clark. These famous moments in history have been magnificently illustrated by renowned northwest artists. This is truly a cultural and educational experience for all ages. |

This is an updated website for the local museum. I currently maintain it until staff can be trained to take it over. Fort Dalles Museum, in The Dalles, Oregon, is housed in the former Surgeon’s Quarters; the only remaining officer’s quarters of the 1856 Fort Dalles military complex. One of Oregon’s oldest history museums, it first opened its doors in 1905. The Anderson Homestead was added later and consists of the Anderson House, granary, and barn. It was moved to The Dalles from Pleasant Ridge. |
